Can anyone share how they felt about sex after a vasectomy ? Was your drive higher or lower ? Did it feel the same ? Any bad side-effects ? Healing time ? T. I. A.

Sex after a vas is the best in your life. You can be totally free. Your wife/girlfriend no longer has to worry about taking birth control. You no longer have to use condoms, you get a lot of new sensations being all natural (of course, if you are not in a long term relationship, you still want a condom to keep from getting an std.)

A not too insignificant number of men do have problems that cannot be resolved. Strangely, if the issues can't be resolved, urologists don't always count the surgery as being unsuccessful.

Whenever you tie something off in the body, the risk of infection increases. While a number of problems men suffer after a vas can be in the mind, many problems are not and are never cured.

Please do your research before having any kind of surgery.

My boyfriend had a vasectomy awhile back. I asked him all those questions. He told me it didn't do anything to his sex drive. He still **** the same amount and he said it was the best thing he has ever done. He said that the thought of getting it done was worse than the procedure. The stitches were the worst part, because they itched. But other than that, nothing has changed. His sex drive stayed exactly the same without the worry of an unexpected pregnancy.

Since my husband had a vesectomy 10 years ago life has not been the same. The come is very clumpy and hurts to come out. There is no liquid to it. He says he has pain in his balls after he ejaculates every time also. Another thing is that about 5 years latter everything changed about our finances, emotions, behavior etc and we then wanted children again and couldn't.
