I used Viagra for a few years but I suffered from intense nasal congestion and flushing whenever I took it. So I started using a decongestant pill plus a nasal spray whenever I took a dose. Then it occurred to me that I was taking one thing to increase blood flow and then another to shrink blood vessels and that didn't make much sense. I switched to Cialis and it was much better on the nasal congestion front but I started having a lot of indigestion which was very uncomfortable but I solved this by taking a Famotidine tablet along with my daily Cialis dose. I started taking the daily Cialis when I started Proton Beam Therapy at Loma Linda and have used it ever since. There are studies that daily Cialis helps maintain blood flow to nerves controlling sexual function after radiation therapy.

Thanks for the suggestion; I have an appointment to see the urologist next week. I plan to discuss these questions with him. Iwill let you the results of the meeting. Thiswill be the first DRE and PSA since completing treatment Dakota Bill

Interesting discussion guys. Two days ago I was asking my uro doc (who’s going to install a AMS800 AUS in my leaking plumbing next week) a similar question about “ejaculation” issues after installation. Rather forcefully, she twice told me that after a radical (mine was 12 years ago) it is no longer an “ejaculation” but instead simply “urination.” I told her that no mater how full my bladder, there’s no way I can force a stream even half as far as that resulting from an orgasm. The muscle contractions associated with a urinating orgasm feels the same to me as her apparently strict urological definition of semen ejaculation. Both fit my broad definition of an ejaculation, but apparently guys in our situation need to get the terminology right when holding these discussions with specialists in the field.
