Hi im a 20 yr old male I smoke and occassionally drink but ever since I turned 17 my thoughts of intercourse have come to think its over rated and has come to take a drastic toll on my ability. To maintain a long erection I was in a 4 yr relationship. Which I was cheated on but I doubt that had anything to do with it sex has become somewhat of a chore to me and I wish for it to change that's only one if my problems now I also have one more thingonly recently I had gotten a rash on the tip of the penis which is itchy as hell and developed. Into a dark coloured lump on the entry point of where I urinate there is no pain I just want to know is it something I should be worried about I can not afford a doctor of any sortany ideas?
