I am 27 years old guy, i used to mastrubate regularly with the foreskin and had NO issues in ejaculating.
But recently i tried mastrubating by pulling down the foreskin, the head of penis got enlarged. And when i ejaculated the sperms where not flowing out instead they where stored in the head itself. Then i tried to urinate to empty the sperms stored in the penis head.
Please help me, tell me what is the problem i going through and how to rectify it.

It sounds like you're saying the problem is that your foreskin is too tight (phimosis). If that's the case, see the sticky thread on the "Men's Health" board "Stretching To Fix Tight Foreskin (Phimosis)".
You have to do the stretching very slowly and gently or it will tear which is painful and makes it take longer from the resultant scarring. If your foreskin is very tight, it can get caught behind the head (glans) trapping blood in the head. This is called paraphimosis and it can be very dangerous to not correct it within minutes. You won't be able to get paraphimosis again once you stretch it open properly. (There are also directions for correcting it in the thread I mentioned above.)
Also, you definitely should want to get this stretched out as it's not really possible to have normal sex without being able to retract the foreskin fully and easily, because the motion of normal intercourse slides the foreskin back and forth. (That's how foreskin reduces friction in intercourse by 10 times.)

I had read more than five times to try to understand what you're doing.
First paragraph said no problem with the ejaculation. It's normal, when foreskin is still covering the head, some burst will flow around the head. Even more if you pressing and shut the foreskin tightly when ejaculation happens.
Second paragraph mentioned the head became large. In fact, penis shape in erection state, will be different if your foreskin still covering the head, than when you pull down the foreskin.
You said the ejaculation did not flow around the head when pulling down the foreskin. Okay, that is the peehole where the sperms come out. Because there are no barrier, then lately burst which is weaker, some liquid may left sticky at the peehole.
Don't worry, it's normal if this is the condition. Just clean it with water or pee-ing it away.

I used to do mastrubation regularly with the foreskin, i havent had any issues. Only when i pulled back the foreskin and mastrubated the semen was held up in the head, was not coming out.
