Low testosterone is LIKELY the issue, but you would not be the first person to report this after catheterization, though in all the cases I've seen (just some other folks online), there are other health issues that are more likely responsible.
Focusing on the pain and (unnecessary?) violation of that procedure will make it more difficult to let the body function as it might otherwise. It can become a psychological block if you let it. Low testosterone does cause ED, so it's the more likely culprit. And it can contribute to depression, which might have created the psychological issue. Before TRT, I'd want to be tested for vitamins, metals, taurine, etc. Deficiencies (or excesses) could be a better solution to fix than just adding T to mask the effect of some underlying imbalance.
