Watery semen

I intend to see my doctor to get a referral to see a urologist but I was hoping to get some insight here if possible. I'm 34 and noticed my semen is incredibly watery. I know it's not from excessive masturbation because I abstained for about a month and it was still watery. I'm scared and not sure if its something I can treat or if it'll be like this forever. Any info is appreciated.

Every morning, randomize milk, orange, and honey.
Wake up every 05.00, drink a glass of water before brushing teeth. To rejuvenate the dehydration when sleeping in the bed room.

Stop masturbation. It worths nothing, even fast ejaculation will ruin your mind when having it with partner. If you want sex, sex with someone's real. The challenge is in there.

What's the issue with having watery semen?

The composition of semen can depend on your diet.

Thin semen isn't a big deal at all. It doesn't hurt anything (at all). It can't adversely affect you in any way (other than being slightly annoying). It may be possible that your prostate is allowing urine to mix in with the semen. Is your semen only more watery when you need to urinate more? This can happen to me sometimes if I need to urinate.

Personally, I've never really experimented with trying to affect semen thickness with diet. But I want to say from some little observations that it seems that reducing-sulfur amino acids would appear to make semen thicker, while oxidized-sulfur amino acids seem to make it thinner. (Isn't that weird?) Fresh onion (and other Alium-family vegetables) is a big dietary source of reducing-sulfur amino acids (most of these are destroyed by cooking however). So maybe that could help make it thicker, but eating a lot of fresh onion would certainly make you smell worse. More practically, you should avoid energy drinks if you want thicker semen, because the taurine in many of them is an oxidized-sulfur amino acid that appears to have the mentioned effect on me. I think caffeine seems to lower ejaculate volume too--at least high consumption over a long period of time. (Personally, now I limit my coffee intake more carefully since noticing that seemed to be the case.)
