Unhappy Sore penis

Hi, I am and 18 year old male with and average size penis, the other day I did something stupid, i had an erection and I jumped of my bed and my erection bent down too far i think.

This has happend before under diffrent conditions so I kinda knew what was next. The base of my penis felt weird and it was sore for the next day or so and sometimes gets sore when I try to masturbate. This happend about 5 days ago and ever since I have no been able to get a full on rock solid erection, it just gets partially hard. Last time this happend it fixed itself in a matter of weeks but I'm kinda concerned I tore something. Please help any ideas what's going on?

Re: Sore penis

If there is still any pain that alone will likely prevent you from getting a full erection. But if your penis still won't stand up like it did before even after you're able to get normal erections again, you must have damaged a ligament. It's also possible that you might have a vascular injury that prevents the penis from getting full erections. If it were me, I would definitely want a doctor to look at it, but I don't know anything about what treatment options might exist other than surgery if it's very bad (which it doesn't sound like it is).

Thank you, I don't think it is vascular tho because I was with my girlfriend the other night and it was hard again but I noticed my flexibility was down. So during; the same thing happend again and the base is yet again sore so I went to the clinic to see a doctor and he said there was no physical signs of damage but he made me an appointment with a specialist just in case he said it maybe a sprain. How in the world does one sprain there dick lool

Re: Sore penis

A sprain is a stretching/tearing injury to a ligament. There are a number of ligaments that hold the penis in place. If the ligaments didn't hold the penis in place and pointed up, it would only ever point down (with gravity).

Ligaments often take a long time to heal. You have to be more careful in bending your penis down. You should never do that aggressively (as from jumping). But obviously you must have realized that by now.
