You'll find it an interesting experience, and probably a turn-on because of the novelty of it. In the long run, though, sensation-wise, you're not likely to find it very satisfactory. Condoms aren't made with masturbation in mind, and they just cut back on sensation and generally make "doing it" more awkward. Using one does keep your belly dry & "uncluttered" when you've finished, though most guys probably like feeling their stuff hit their skin.
It's a matter of personal preference. Some men enjoy masturbating while wearing a condom especially if they place some lubricant on the inside of the condom. That way the condom tends to slide somewhat providing a feeling more like the penis being in a vagina.
I'm one of the few who actually enjoys masturbating with a condom better than without. For some reason it actually feels more sensitive to me with a condom on, and my orgasms are more intense. Most guys report the opposite and complain about how condoms reduce sensitivity. Not with me. Which is great, because I don't ever plan on having a vasectomy, so condoms will probably be in my future for a long time
