Totally depends on your personal preference -- I swear by Trojans but that doesn't mean I've never had one break, though we tried the durex ones and they kept breaking because durex didn't make any big enough for the guy, and Trojan Large are big enough.
Any condom made by a reputable manufacturer and sold in a pharmacy is likely to be of high quality.
Almost of more importance is where you store them and how they are used. Make sure that they are stored in a cool place. That means NOT in the glove comparment or trunk of a car or in a wallet. If condoms are stored in warm places they dry out and that can lead to them breaking when they are used.
Also...make sure you read the instructions that come with each pack and learn how to properly put on and take off the condom. Perhaps practice with a few before the first time you will use one with a girl.
As for lubricant...yes, definitely use a lubricated one. One with a spermicidal lubricant offers a little more protection as it destroys the sperm as soon as you ejaculate. You probably also want to use additional lubricant especially if your g/f is a virgin. Make sure you use a WATER BASED lubricant like KY or Astrogel and NOT a petroleum based lubricant as those break down rubber and can lead to the condom ripping.
