Yes, if the female is infected orally with any STD, it can be passed to your genitals. Probably the most common STD acquired during oral sex is herpes. Over 80% of the population is estimated to be infected orally with the herpes virus by the time they reach 14 years of age. (most people are infected orally while they are children, through non-sexual contact...like a relative who is infected kissing them) Of those 80% who are infected, only about 20% of them will show actual symptoms of the virus (coldsores or fever blisters). The rest carry the virus without knowing, and can spread it to others.
