Urologists deal with urinary issues in both sexes but they are experts on the male penis. This is the expert you may wish to see, though it may be possible your family physician can answer your questions.
Yes, that is one of the main purposes for seeing a urologist. Your physician should be equally capable of answering some of your questions -- they will refer you to a urologist if your concerns need extra attention.

I'm not sure but I suspect that some of us here may be able to answer those questions as well. We're pretty open here and theres alot of experience.
