Hi, I have a bump inside my sack, almost like a third testicle but about a third of the size, and it feels like it's attached to the scrotum, i heard from someone its like a buildup of sperm or something that hardens does anyone have any suggestions or ideas as to what it is? Thanks.
Hey bud, any pain associated with that bump? This may be several things, first I suppose it could be a hernia but that location doesn't sound correct. It may also be a variocele, (sp?) and that is fairly common for us as well. One more thought...could it be the tubing that carries sperm and other fluids through your testicles and scrotum? Usually at one of the testicle you'll find where these are attached and can trace them a bit...go easy with that, it can be painful if you're too agressive with things there. I can assure you of one thing...it is NOT semen that has hardened...any of that is absorbed back into our body if we have more than we need or if we are releasing it often enough.
