The asterik is because ages under 16 are not allowed to be posted.
Secondly the MYTH of races and size is just that a MYTH. One's race DOES NOT dictate one's size when it comes to a penis.
Third make sure you are measureing correctly. Your best way is a ruler that is places on the pubic bone(right at the base ofthe penis) and measure along the top of the penis to the tip of the head.
Penis pumps arent that great of an idea either because they can cause more damage than good.
