uncircumsized cutting

Just wanted to know if anyone here that was uncircumsized got it cut off and how? Im pretty sick of it and wish I was cut from the start, its kind of sensitive to touch and get red when i pull back the skin (when i have an erection) i would really like to know if I have a serious problem, anyway back to getting it circumsized, how much does it hurt? I feel different from everyone else and just want the skin gone!!!!

yeh same here mate but i have been convinced by the ppl on here who said they have been circumcised and they have a numb penis etc. So it makes u think how lucky u r that u got feeling in there to start with maybe a little too much but that can fixed. If u resort to circumcision and it makes ur penis go numb, how your gona get back that sensitivity i have no idea. But yes i wish i was cut from the start. My dad weas jewish and cirecumcised so why i'm not is beyond me.
cheers jack

Re: uncircumsized cutting

Hey bud, from a fellow uncut guy here....what you're describing is totally normal. Remember that your foreskin keeps the head covered all the time, so that sensitivity is very common. The more you expose the head to direct stimulation (through masturbation or sexual things) the less sensitive it will be. The red coloration is also very normal. I love being uncut so I haven't had the surgery. Maybe others will respond that have. I'd say this....before you make that choice do alot of research on circumcision, talk to docs and make sure that it is in fact something you want to do...once that foreskin is gone...it ain't coming back!

Re: uncircumsized cutting

i know exactly how you are feeling, cuz i once felt the same way. Im uncircumsized and have never had the surgery, although, i have thought about it. In the past, it was nearly all i thought about. Alll my friends were circumsized and i just wanted to be in the norm, you know? Also, since it is the majority at least here in the US, i was always afraid of what girls would think. As a result, i often thought about the surgery. I started out doing a lot of research and then i planned to see doctors and stuff, but i never made it to the doctors; the research was enough to convince me. I came to realize just how sensitive my penis was compared to my cut friends, and how pleasureable masturbation was, and later on, how pleasureable foreplay was. I decided that feeling normal was just not worth the loss in pleasure, sensitivity, etc. And what is normal anyways, but what society dictates. the majority of men in the world are uncircumsized; the US is the only country that routinely circumsizes its babies, and even that number is rapidly dropping, due to the fact that nobody can really find any reasons to have the operation done. So, from an uncircumsized point of view, I love it, and would never have the operation done, in fact i scare myself to think how willing i was to get it cut off. And while i cant tell you what to do or how to handle the situation, i can tell you that knowledge is one the most powerful things, so before you do anything, become well-informed on the issue, and then make your own desicion. Just remember do things for yourself and do not let what others are going to think rule your life. Good luck!

Re: uncircumsized cutting

my attitude is a little different. if you want to have it done, go have it done. then, when you realize what you are missing, because you had an attitude, you can come back, and tell everybody what a mistake you have made.
it sounds like you have a minor infection, which is causing the redness. a little diaper cream with zinc should clear it up in a few days, but it seems like it might be worth a doctor visit. you need to learn what you have between your legs, and how special it is. if circumcision is the way for you to learn, then so be it.

Re: uncircumsized cutting

Esgalloth,
What country are you in? I guess the USA if circumcision is the norm.
Just to answer one of your questions. The sensitivity does not go away straight away after a circumcision. Newly circumcised guys complain about how sensitive the newly exposed head is as it rubs on their clothes. They also often experience pain from erections and swelling that can take months to go down. They do things like wrap the head in gauze to protect it but they obviously experience a lot of discomfort from the exposed head for quite a while. Eventually the body grows a thicker layer of skin on the glans and the sensitivity goes away.
If sensitivity is your only problem with being intact then all you have to do is stimulate the glans in other ways. Gradually the sensations will become pleasureable rather than painful. Try using lube rather than touching with a dry hand and also use the shower spray to gently stimulate your exposed glans. The more you use your glans the better things will be.
Cheers,
Geoff

Re: uncircumsized cutting

I'm sorry to hear that. You do understand that if you got circumcised that the only reason the sensitivity lessens is from the constant rubbing and touching of the newly exposed glans once the foreskin is removed? There is no magic cure and you can imagine how uncomfortable it would be for the first few weeks or months. You should have been taught to retract regularly to wash and stretch when you were little. Then you would not have this problem. All I can suggest is retracting for as long as you can, perhaps with some numbing cream on but make sure you don't get swelling of the foreskin while retracted. Keep a close check on it.

Re: uncircumsized cutting

I'm not sure mate as I have never needed to use it. I have the opposite problem of not being able to feel enough sometimes. I do remember a dentist friend telling me that he and his mates used Xylocaine jelly or ointment to numb their penises so they "could go all night". I don't know if this is really safe to apply to the genitals but do know you could ask your chemist if it is safe to use. Xylocaine contains lignocaine, a local anaesthetic. This is also the active ingredient in Soov relief gel for stings and bites but it is NOT recommended for genital use. So I would definitely check with the chemist before using Xylocaine. You have to ask for it over the counter in a pharmavy anyway. Just emphasise that you are experiencing sensitivity PAIN and want to treat it. I think there are numbing creams available at sex shops to help males last longer but of course you are too young to go into one of those shops. Sorry I can't help more,
Geoff

Hey Esgalloth, I had my skin cut off when I was 30 yrs old. I was never comfortable with it and hated it when I was in school becuase I felt different. I personally have never regretted it. My head was so sensative that after foreplay I sometimes only lasted a few seconds and it was all over. If you want it done just go for it, yes it hurts for a while but like any incision it will heal up. After all it is surgery! Talk to the surgeon about it. GOod luck. Bobby78

Re: uncircumsized cutting

I have lived a long time with my foreskin and while I entertained the thought of a cut am glad I didn't. A few years ago I developed phimosis which is a tightening of the skin around the glans and when I pulled it back it would tear. I went to the doc and told him to take off just enough to relieve it. He balked and wanted to do a complete circ. I was adamant and he relented. Now I have my skin. (almost no pain) It retracts easily, covers the glans and I enjoy having it when I wank and don't have to use lube.
If you keep it, you'll thank yourself later for not having it cut off.

Re: uncircumsized cutting

if you are using Xylocaine jelly or ointment to numb your penis during intercourse it will transfer to the vagina and it becomes numb - so try something different - I was cut later in life and I regret it, there is very little feeling in the entire gland and have to use Viagra to get an erection - the more activity you have the less sensative it will become.
