Narko, watch much what? Winnie ment don't let it bother you because its normal occurance for some, though should be less frequent. What he said was an expression... when someone says don't read much into it... its like saying don't worry about it.
I've had one once though, woke up totally surprised... I dreamt I had jumped Cameron Diaz and got it on with her. No idea what causes it but I'm glad it only happened once, its a very messy surprise.
