Question Age Questions
Hey everyone, i wanted to know if its legel for me to have sex with my girlfriend. my girlfriend is 18 going on 19 this year and im 16 going on 17 in january. me and my girl have been going out for about 1 yr and 1 month (ann is dec 23.) everythings going well and she took my virginity. Shes in college and im in highschool im a senior!

I'm guessin you live in America. So this could be wrong.

In Aus the legal age is 16 years, or an age difference of 2 years or less (eg, 15 and 17).

Also, you said she's the older one. Is it possible for a women to force her self on you?

Well NJ has 16 as age of consent with a four year law. In other words if she were a bit older say turning 20 while you were still 16 then yes she could get in trouble if your parents pressed charges. But since you both fall under that four year mark then you shoudl be fine legal wise. As for yoru parents that might be another story depending on how they feel about you having sex.
