Never blow into a Vagina??? - Sexual Health - Teens Message Board

I was at Borders the other day and i was looking in the sexual related section and was some random book and one part of it was the 10 DONT's of sex and the #2 thing was blowing into a vagina while giving oral sex because it may cause sudden death. I had never and would never think about blowing into a vagina but why would it cause sudden death/death. Would the uterus rupture or something and cause internal bleeding?

By blowing it is can cause a bubble to form in the blood(the uterus is porous with blood vessels)if it travels the right way it can cross the heart and cause death. It tends to be rare and more likely to happen in pregnant women thanks to the extra blood flow during a pregnancy. Youc an research it online for more accurate info but that is the jist of it.

this causes me great worry
my boyfriend was just being an *** and did somthing SORT of like blowing just to be stupid and ok it was like 3 months ago.... could that air bubble still be circulating in there and i could drop dead at any moment???
man i seem so uneducated... and worried yes./

If you had an air bubble in your bloodstream you would know it nearly immediately because you would suffer a heart attack. The same thing can happen when recieving an injection which is why they always squirt a little out the top of the needle before injecting you, they need to clear the needle of air or it will kill you. I have never heard of anyone blowing in a vagina let alone it causing death, probably because it's not high on the fantasy list in most peoples minds hehe.

Um, yeah... That sounds kind of silly; women's vaginas can suck in air at random times during the day and us not even realize it and I haven't seen anybody drop dead from that! That and sometimes when having sex air gets trapped in the vagina and pushed in further by the penis and nothing happens there either... I would not worry about this one...
