Hey bud, two questions. First, are you cut or uncut? Second, are these bumps in rows around the rim of the head of your penis? If you answer yes to both of these questions I'd say they are pearly penile papules. They are common among us uncut guys. There is nothing you did to get them and nothing you can do to get rid of them, just part of the equipment. They are not an STD nor or they any kind of infection. You might try to do some internet research, I can't send you anywhere but there are sites out there with pictures and other information.
