You can't, they are part of the equipment and permanent. Without them you wouldn't have any pubic hair. Don't let them bother you at all, we've all got them!

okay now IM confused, on this other post i did. pplz said it'll GROW OUT and the hair follicles will disappear. but now lance said that, its permenent, so it stays?!.....
and JUST to make sure again. hair follicles is lil white bumps with pubic hair coming out near ur testicles right?. they look like whiteheads without the pimple. correct?!....plz im confused !

Pubic hair follicles may or may not have a pube in them. They do often appear like small pimples but most often they are just small bumps on the shaft of our penis and on the scrotum. Absolutely NO reason to be ashamed or embarassed because of them and having a doc do a physical!
