Re: pregnant

Period symptoms tend to be a little bit different than from pregnancy symptoms. However in the early stages of my pregnancy I thought what I was having was period symptoms, but they turned out to be pregnancy symptoms...as far as tender breasts, sore abdomen, feeling tired...this was in the first few weeks though nearing almost a month. By my 2nd month morning sickness took over completely and I was becoming so very nauseated to where I couldn't walk into my kitchen for at least 2 hours in the morning. I also had an increased apetite, but nothing I wanted to eat appealed to me. The thought of eating made me sicker than a dog. But just remember, that no 2 pregnancies or girls are ever alike and just because 1 person experiances something, the other person might not. Does that kinda answer your question...I hope so, cuz I got kinda confused trying to sort out your question. But if it doesn't, i'm sorry for just blabbing on.

Re: pregnant

I think you are really making yourself sick. Believe me i used to do that even when I took every precaution. I was on birth control and using protection, but when my period was late, I'd freak myself out and sure enough started experiancing what i thought was "pregnancy" symptoms. Tender breasts, bigger apetite, sore abdomen, feeling sick...I'd see something suddenly on t.v. about pregnancy or babies and be like "OMG! it's a sign that i'm pregnant." Ridiculous I know, but I didn't educate myself. It seems like when I took a pregnancy test to make sure, once I saw that negative I kid you not the next day my period would come. You're probably freaking yourself out and your mind is playing tricks on you. Remember that the mind is a powerful thing and the fact that you are going through a rough time as far as your break up could have alot to do with it. So great to know though that you are using protection, because i'd be more concerned if in fact you weren't. You're quite smart and I applaud you. If need be, take a pregnancy test. Good luck (but IMO, i think your fine)

Re: pregnant

well because your freaking out is probably why it'slate. Our cycles are very sensitive and the slightest amount of stress can cause it to be late. That's just how it is sometimes. Relax...calm down. Take a pregnancy test to be sure. To be late 4 days certainly isn't HORRIBLY late. Take a HPT.
