ok i know u say u dont get pleasure out of other postions i was always stuck on one try different postion with a new teqnique tell him not 2 go all the way in try different things that make u feel comfertable some postions we use hurt my stomach alot so we use same postion but does it a different way experiment im sure ur find a new postion that wont hurt as much
