Ok this is really embarasing for me to say but I really need some help. I just discovered a strange series of bumps just behind the head of my penis. When limp, the bumps are not hard. When I have an erection, its almost as if they get filled up with blood or something because you can see them pretty clealy and they get hard. What scares me is this: I am not circumcised and my foreskin has not retracted yet. The bumps are behind the foreskin so I cant tell what the hell they are! I also know its abnormal because they are only on the top right side of my penis. its like a 2mm wide band that is half an inch long. From what I can tell, it is probably white in color. I am not sexually active and have never had sex so its not an STD. I dont know what it is and I am really scared that it might be penile cancer. I am also extremely scared to go to the doctor. Any help would be appreciated!
Just goto the doctor and get it checked out, a weight from your mind will be lifted when you do it, dont be scared, its nothing, i went to the doctors to get my strotum checked because i had an operation and had to see if it was ok, and to my horror when i opened the door it was a FEMALE! doctor! It was fine though and over in seconds!
It sounds to me like they might be lumps of hard smegma that become more noticable when they are squeezed between the layers of skin during erection. Depending on what country you are in, a doctor might want to circumcise you. I would suggest you try my stretching instructions at the top of the men's health board and see if you can get that foreskin retracting (after slow and steady stretching over a period of weeks or months. There are also instructions on how to remove smegma build up. Your parents should have taught you how to retract and wash earlier in your life. Then you wouldn't have this problem. But don't despair it is fixable if you are prepared to do the stretching regularly.
