The size of a gal's breasts don't concern me at all. it's the lady they belong to that makes me interested( My Wife), by the way, she was never concerned about the size of my penis either.

For some, yes, for most, no. This does not mean that guys don't have certain preferences, as girls with larger breasts certainly get noticed more easily. However, for serious relationships, most guys don't care. Many famous movie stars have small breasts and are considered quite hot and sexy to the guys.
