My boyfriend goes limp during sex, I feel insulted!

My boyfriend has a problem where when he uses a condom he goes limp, WHILE WE ARE HAVING SEX! I can't stand it! We have tried it without one and everything goes great and he has never ejaculated inside of me but, I would rather be safer. We know its because of the condoms, I need help. Please if anyone has advice I am open to options.

ya , viagra sounds about right . some men just can't get any sensation with a condom I don't think you should feel insulted . there are even products that are topical which would make any man plead to go limp with or without a condom or their loved ones anywhere near them .

My boyfriend does the same thing with a condom...but he only does it after we were having sex all morning or all night and he gets really tired out...
To me it sounds like your boyfriend is trying to pull a fast one over on you. He doesn't really want to use a condom so he might be making himself go soft... you ever think that may be happening... buy a thinner condom or something... getting on birthcontrol is a great option... be safe and be careful.

My boyfriend wouldn't do that to me. We've been together for six months and everytime we get into it, he's about to ejaculate he goes limp and even at one point when we tried a differant kind I didn't like it. Thank you for the suggestions though. Does anyone recommend a certain type of thinner condoms.

Um...I don't think he's making himself go limp just to get some unprotected action. Those things are very hard to control. I've never met a guy who can make himself go limp, but anyway...

What I think is that he's probably allergic to latex or something. I hear a lot of men have that poroblem; going limp after they put on a condom and whatnot.
What you may wanna consider is getting on birth control.. and if you still want to use condoms too for extra protection, try the ones that aren't latex- such as the lamb skin, or whatever.

I'm assuming that you're a teen, since you are posting in the Teen Sexual Health Board. Viagra isn't made for teens (from what I know at least), so you shouldn't suggest that your boyfriend uses it. I doubt that you would anyway.

Re: My boyfriend goes limp during sex, I feel insulted!

Agh! That's gotta be frustrating.. well I know my boyfriend says that even with a thin condom a LOT of the feeling goes away, even though he does not go limp, but it takes him a lot longer and harder for him to make it feel good for himself. I am on the pill so we just use that instead and also pull out. I know pulling out isn't a safe way to go, but I figure since I am on the pill and take it perfectly it's gotta make it a little safer at least! Have you considered another birth control method? I have loved the pill.. no bad side effects for me and my periods aren't so bad and irregular now.
