If you are 17 and have a 7 inch long penis, yes you are normal but large!!!
I'm over puberty and mine is only a 4 incher! When you say it bends up do you mean it points up or at angle when erect? Or do you mean it actually curves up? Mine is straight but does point up. I'm pretty sure both are normal. But if it has a severe curve it can be related to some disease I think. Per...(sp??).
I've also read having a slight upward curve can be an advantage cuz during intercourse its more likely to hit a womans G spot.
