hi,
im a 1* year old male and the thing is i used to have a girl friend about a year or so ago but eversince that i have been having spontaniouse erections and like when im travling to school on the bus it will happen then and when i put my arm around a girl.

what can i do when does this phase go ?

This is completly natural, and is to be expected. At your age the hormones are rushing around and almost anything will cause you to have unprompted erections. The bumping of a bus will often cause this cos of the vibrations, and when you are next to a girl you are begining to become a sexual being and this has its natural effect. Don't worry about it, often by ignoring it they will go away just as quick as they came. You may notice other guys having the same "problem" and they also may be as embarassed as you - oh and pointing this out is not good unless you want someone else to do this to you!

You could wear baggier clothing or tighter underwear to help hide it or make it less noticable. Otherwise just enjoy them, every guy does this, it just shows you are maturing and getting ready for life!

hi again but at what age do they start to go cuz im 14 in 2 months bacisly what can i do ?

Hi there,

They can start at any age and dissapear at any age. Like the last poster said, dont worry about them.

Im now 19 and they have pretty much stopped for me, however, i still get them the odd time.

Every guy goes through this as he goes through puberty so dont worry about it. When you do get an erection, dont think about it, get your mind off it and onto something else and it will go away just as fast.
