I believe that is in the average range.
Also, there are methods/techniques to promote length and girth ( jelqing , traction/stretching device. If to you decide to use a traction device, be careful with it, and don't pay too much for one ).
Gains are slight, and take a long time to achieve, but if done for any time regularly, gains can be made.
It's worthwhile if you can consistently, regularly put in any time for it, and if your expectations aren't too unrealistic.
i.e. , if you think of it as an ongoing 'therapy', instead of something to produce large instant gains, it might work well for you.
