My girlfriend cant seem to orgasm. She used to be able to, and suddenly about two-three months ago it seemed to just shut off. She would be in great pleasure...forever, with no climax. I just gave her oral for almost 40 minutes, she said it was great but we had to stop because it was going nowhere. She is no under anymore then normal stress, she is not depressed. Nothing has changed except for the fact she suddenly cant orgasm.

What about by herself? Can she still do it when she's by herself?

If so, then I'm going to throw this out only as a possible explanation. Maybe she was faking it and has decided to stop. Women do this and often it's suggested to them to just stop and claim they just don't seem to be able to 'any more'. I've often wondered what the guy would think of the sudden cessation. (I'm not meaning any offence but women fake it more often than men think and they do it for what they believe is a good reason - not to hurt the guy's feelings - but it's always a bad thing in the long run...)

No she cant finish by herself either. Believe me, the first thing I asked was if she wanted me to do something different.
