it was my first time all together and there was a lot of foreplay but it still really hurt. i want to try again but now im scared to.

Many virgin girls go through this. You may have a thick hymen or you may be very tense and your vaginal muscles are locking up and making it difficult for him, or he may have a large penis that would hurt many girls. If he is even close to the circumference of the cardboard tube of a roll of toilet paper, then he is pretty large and some degree of discomfort is to be expected.

Have him buy some KY personal lubricant (not the jelly) and use plenty of that next time you try, and try to relax. If that doesn't work, let us know.

Finally, make sure you use condoms! You don't want to get pregnant your first time, or risk a disease of some sort. Also, if you are tense because you really don't want sex, then don't have sex. It is not that big a deal.
