small lumps on the underside of my penis
hiya, im 16 years old and have about 5 1/2 inch penis, im small in height for my age and have small lumps around 1-2mm in diamater on the underside of my penis, ive had them for about 3 years and only can see them when im erect, i never really thought anything of them exept when I try to masturbate (which i havnt successfully done, tried since 15)

Does anyone know what this may be ?

They sound like normal sebaceous (oil) glands or hair folicles to me,
