This is the first time a condom has torn during sex. Should I be looking for something like plan-B? I really dont think so since he did not ejaculate and pulled it out right when he felt it rip. I am not worried about any sexual transmisions just the whole pregnancy issue. What are the chances of my getting pregnant if a condom rips?

If any precum was on the condom I am guessing that could potentially be dangerous but precum does not contain any semen (to my knowledge) unless he had previously ejaculated and didnt urinate to clean out any remaining semen. He did go pee before sex...

yes so should I be extremly worried and grabbing for the plan B or just relax and wait it out because there is an extremly slim chance of conception?

The chances of conception without ejaculation are pretty small.

Where were you in your cycle..............if you were mid cycle then yes a possibility. There really is always a chance of pregnacy with unprotected sex (or condom breaking). Some chances are extremely rare though.........for instance if he didnt ejaculate and getting pregnant from pre ***.........or not ejaculating inside you (pull out method) Anywayz...........also slim chance if you just finished your period or on your period. An option is "the morning after pill" You can take this within 72hrs of unprotected sex. It is a strong form of BC pills and it should start your period within 24 hrs. This pill is only used in an emergency situation. BUT.............if you think there is no possible way you could have concieved then i wouldnt worry about taking it. Just to calm your nerves though.........it wouldnt be a bad idea.

Odds of pregnancy are quite small. Still, it would not hurt to call your doctor to see about emergency BC, possibly depending upon where you are in your monthly cycle.
