MY penis

Well... i have a problem with the foreskin on my penis... it cannot be pulled back over the head... and once i was with my girlfriend... we wanted to try it for once... but i could not insert my penis inside her... and i am afraid that the foreskin may have a cut if i force it in...

Re: MY penis

Here are some great stretchijng exercises from Healthboards, which have helped many men with tight foreskins.

Re: MY penis

By natural design when they are young boys cannot retract their foreskins as the skin is bonded to the glans; as the boys grow up parents are supposed to tell their sons to gradually roll back the foreskin every time they urinate (this also helps to ensure that the foreskin is stretched over the glans as well as ensuring that the skin is not stuck to the glans) so that when they are about 6 - 9, maybe younger they have a fully retractable foreskin. Sadly some people do not get told this, and have no idea that the skin is supposed to be retractable easily and painlessly.

Although it is a bit more difficult after puberty the stretching will help you a lot, but it will take some time and effort on your part.

Most foreskins can be stretched so they naturally retract, in a few cases it is necessary to use steroidal cream as well and in exteme cases then a dorsal slit will help. In most cases circumcision will not be needed.

We're always here, if you need any guidance or help. Sometimes, it is much easier to ask on the web, than to talk with someone you know.
