my boyfriend has gone all the way with a few girls before but ive never done anything like it...im scared that if we do do something ill freak out coz i dont know anything help!

It sounds like you aren't ready to have sex yet. You shouldn't feel pressured into having sex until you feel totally ready to experience it.
In the mean time though, since you say you are unfamiliar with sex I'd suggest you do some research on the web or in the library and read up on sex and also on contraception and issues regarding how to protect yourself against contracting any sexually transmitted diseases so that you are informed before you decide to have sex.
Organizations such as Planned Parenthood also have lots of information available to help you learn about topics related to sex and reproduction.
