I have quite a tight frenulum.
My gf she would give me a blowjob but I don't what it would be like without the full head out as my frenulum is too tight to pull all the way back.

I can pull it back when I am mid-erect but not when full.

Any help please?

A blowjob is a blowjob whether or not your glans is fully exposed or not, and you wont have a problem with that.

But for your tight frenulum can be helped. In extreme cases it can have a frenuplasty where it is lengthened by cutting a few small slits in it (by a surgeon of course - I am not suggesting that you do this yourself!!!). You might also like to read the sticky at the top of the mens health board about stretching excercises to help you with your tight frenulum.

Aye i got the same problem, its the main reason why i havent had any sexual activity, because it just looks stupid and makes me self concious. I want mine sorted.

if not, there is an operation called a frenuloplasty...but try the gentle frenulum stretching first. good luck.

I had a frenuloplasty last year.

It's awesome now. I wish I had it done when I was a teen.
