Okay guys. Im new to these forums. I thought I would look on the web and see if anyone had some oppinions on my problem before i go spend a ton of money at the doctors! So any help would be mucho appriciated.

Heres my problem...

Im 18 years old, Have never had sex or oral sex or any kind of sexual foreplay (hehe have had general bad luck with women in the past), Occasionally Masterbate (not manually for about a week) and am a little over weight (might be relevant after you finish reading). My penis isnt very big when not erect, but is of decent size once fully erect.

Now my problem, Is when i am getting close with my girlfriend, not even sexually close, we're not that far yet, just like when were alone together and im holding her, I have been getting erections, which i assume is totally normal, but the problem i see, is during these erections im having alot of sperm leakage, Orgasm without ejaculation or any physical touch, my penis sort of just does it on its own. Im not thinking about sex or sexually active things or anything like that! It just happens on its own, Like my penis has a mind of its own. Its happened 3 weeks straight now, and 2 weeks ago it happened so much it got to the point where my testicles hurt like hell, When it happens i dont feel any stimulation or feel it coming out at all, it just does.
I need to know about this problem.

Anyone have any clue if this is normal!? Or if it will stop on its own? Or any tips i can use to help make it stop? or a kind of medicine? ANY HELP AT ALL PLEASE

In the circumstances, what you are experiencing is perfectly natural - erections and anticipation leakage ( cowpers and other glands ). It is not semen (sperm as you call it). Ejaculation is the final phase of orgasm when semen is emitted containing prostate fluid and sperm, etc. It will continue whenever you are sexually excited

it sounds like to me that you are having a big case of "blue balls" (as we call it these days) and even though you say u are not thinking about sex when this happens...ur penis is..lol, and ive heard the only way to get rid of what you are describing is to have sex...or masturbate...and if your testicles hurt that is there way of saying there is too much sperm in them and it needs to be let loose! i dont care what anyone says...any man who says they dont masturbate will have to do something sooner or later or there balls will feel like there bursting because men NEED to ejaculate. its just that simple.
