I'm a 16 year old FEMALE, and I can't stop thinking about sex. It is embarrassing. I bet I think about it more than guys. I mean it's to the point where it's bothering me in class because I am constantly thinking about sex, specifically thinking about people I'm attracted to and myself in...a given situation if I may. Is this normal? I'm not a sex-crazed lunatic am I?

Oh that isn't bad at all!! When I was 16 I was DEFINITELY like you. I still am sometimes! At age 16 I lost my virginity and was always daydreaming about sex and thinking about it so much. I would nearly attack my boyfriend when I saw him! Even before I ever had sex I thought about it plenty. With time over the years we have been together I have gotten better about staying more focused and not thinking about it ALL the time but it still happens on random occasions. If anything I think we are lucky that we aren't having problems with our sex drives!

Nah seems normal, all young people think about sex a lot. Im 18, i've been there, still am. Plus from the studies and stuff i've heard, women think about sex more than guys, its just that guys are more upfront about it.

you are perfectly normal to think about it as long as thats all you do. I think 16 is a little bit to young to be sexully active

16 is young, but if you do choose to be sexually active just be smart about it! I lost my virginity at age 16 but I was in love and I am now 20 and still with the same guy. Just make good decisions and make sure you are ready!
