I have a bloody pimple on my scrutom like a normal pimple one little bit of puss when u pop it then a lot of bleeding i had that once on the botom of my shaft and now once on my testicle i never had sexual contact im wondering if it is some std through genetics or from I don't Know what but both my parents are clean and also there is a crusty like pimple that hurts around the bottom of the head of my penis if anyone could tell me what these are i would be great full thank you.

How big was this pimple on your scrotum? It sounds like a boil - it is deep rooted, and can feel hard to the touch. It is an infection surrounding a hair follicle - pus builds up and usually they will pop by themselves, but if forced to pop, they will bleed profusely.

I'd get to your doctor about the ones on your penis and head.

No you cannot have an STD through genetic inheritance! For starters make sure you keep the whole area very clean, washing at least daily in the shower or bath, and making sure that it is all very dry. Wear cotton underwear, and if you exercise, shower and dry off properly. Give this a go and see if things improve.

It could be molluscum contagiosum which is actually a skin disease just caused by contact or it can be spread by using someones towel. It is not necessarily an STD and is most common in children because they are always playing together and there is a lot of skin to skin contact. You can either see a doctor or dermatologist for it.
