I agree that it's probably a yeast infection... no big deal and they are easy to treat! Just treat it sooner than later or it will just become even more uncomfortable. Some people get a discharge but not everybody does, but I know one of the most common symptoms is the itching. You can get it looked at by a doctor but you can buy medication at any drugstore.
If it's not that, then your detergent might be irritating you... sometimes scented detergent used on underwear bother people and makes you itch. Try washing them separately in something gentle and unscented.
