I have experienced the same thing as you have. You might have a talk with your doctor, but as long as there is no pain,swelling or any other problems I don't think that it's anything to stress over. The marks may go away on their own, but if not there may be some blemish cream you could try on them. Girls will except what they see for the first time. If these marks were to appear after you've been with a girl, then she might be concerned and ask questions. Men have many dis-colorations about our bodies, as do women/girls. As you get older, don't be surprised if you have other minor problems. Sometimes in-grown pubic hair, causing pimples on scrotum. Some guyes have a problem with pimples on their back, face and bottom. Anyway, it's nice that you've always had perfect skin, but age and changes in our hygene, and invirement brings about many changes.
