there are very few things that he can use to determine if you are a virgin or not.
1. the hymen. as you noted, there are other ways for it to be ruptured so it is no definitive as to virginity.
2. the only other things a doc can see are if there are any bruises, abrasions, or semen leftover from a recent encounter. These, if present, would actually be more telling than the hymen situation.
So, are you on birth control? If you believe you are to young to speak to your mother about this, you are definately too young to have children so I would be sure to use effective birth control because if you show up pregnant, she is definately going to know you are not a virgin.
