in order to quit ur "will power" must be strong....i hvent done it from 2months only bcoz of my will power....just try not to do it for one week than extend ur duration frm one week to two n so on during this u will hve to cutoff frm those things which agitate u ......this is the best way to control it ....u cannot stop it atonce. for this u hve to use ur patience....Best of luck.
