I have noticed for the past few days that there is some kind of rash right underneath the head on the back of my penis. It is normally kind of red with white crusty stuff on it(I'm guessing that the white crusty stuff is semen). Now I used to be sexually active, but the last time I had sex, even oral sex, was in August. I never had this problem till now. When I masturbate, it starts to hurt if I agitate it. It then becomes real red, and sometimes I see blood, but it doesn't come out of the cut, just sits there. Any insight to what this could be? I'm thinking a rash from over-masturbating, but I want some insight for some help.

I think I would nip down to the STI clinic and get them to have a look at it, and give you tests.

I don't think its anything as its the first time this ever happened. Its been 6 months and I know she was clean, we were having sex for 3 months before that. Is there a special kind of cream or lotion that will help?

hmm my penis gets like that sometimes when i've been masturbating a lot, i just stop for a couple weeks and it seems to fix itself, dunno what it is though
