Male(REALLY needs help!!!)

so im a 16 year old male who had sex one time, unprotected about a year ago
over the passed SEVERAL months ive been getting these bumps
ide force myself through the pain and find a way to pop them...
but what i didnt know was that i was breaking the skin, which made them bleed continuously..

anyways..im not sure if their any type of desease? or just ingrown hairs?
i currently have scars on my pubic area now..and im afraid they will be there until the day i die..

this prevents me from ever getting close to a girl, I dont want them to freak out and think im infested after having sex ONE TIME in my entire life
please help, im so desperate you have no idea

p.s.if u have any ideas on how to get rid of scars please let me know?

Re: Male(REALLY needs help!!!)

Well, she wasn't my girlfriend
i was just naive, and didn't know she was "sexually active"
thats the problem, my mom doesn't believe theres anything wrong with me
and when i tell her its been bothering me she acts like im being a compulsive freak
but i think i know my body..
and the bumps were little tiny black dots
after pulling on them the skin broke, but it was definantly on the surface
because they scabbed and everything
ive done research, people have similar symptoms and blame it on ingrown hair
im just not sure, because these scars are very noticeable
ugh..

Re: Male(REALLY needs help!!!)

well to try and help you out. ingrown hair kind of look like pimples. the may have a little black dot from the hair underneath the skin if it is trying to grow out. if tha is what it is wait until it is ready to be popped. then you have to get the hair out with tweezers or it will get very infected. usually puss would come out if it is ingrown. as for the scaring.... i have a few scars from surgeries and the best way to get rid of it is mederma. you can find it in the medicine isle. i got mine at walmart. it gets rid of scars pretty well. hope that helps!

Re: Male(REALLY needs help!!!)

If they are tiny black dots, most likely they are just ingrown hairs. Do you happen to shave or trim? This can cause ingrowns and some people just have very sensitive skin and get them easily. They can also occur from friction.

Herpes are more like a sore, so if yours are not sores that open and have pus (that are very painful), it doesn't sound like herpes. It also doesn't sound like genital warts or anything. It's surely possible to get pimples on this area too. With ingrowns, you would probably see a trapped hair under the skin and the area can get red with a little bump, like a pimple. You can pick at these and pop them, but what happens if you just leave it alone? Why don't you try this and see what happens?

If all else fails, ask a doctor about it. They should be able to tell since they will see exactly what's going on. Doesn't sound like any STD, but definitely use condoms in the future so you don't have to worry about this again! Just know that it IS very much possible to catch an STD after sleeping with someone only ONE time. It's possible, but yours just doesn't sound like that. It's still a good idea to get tested because nowadays 1 in 3 females have an STD and many don't even show signs.
