i have the this problem, it's massively noticeable 100% of the time,

when my testicles dropped... well... only one of them did, and it just looks ridiculous to be honest
o0 basically, and my right teste hangs about 3/4 of an inch below my left, more so when in the shower etc.
what is very worrying is that there is like a purple-black vein on the left side of my scrotum (where the left ball is)

I'm nearing the age where i'm gonna be having sex, and oh my god you get the idea

there's no way i'm mentioning this to my parents, and i can't see myself going to a doctor about this.

I know most guys have "slightly different sizes" but this is just shameful, can anything be done?!?!

Look at the statue of Michaelangelo's David. His testicles are absolutely normal. One hangs considerably lower. This is so they don't bang together when you run.
If one of yours is partially undescended, or if they don't look like David's when you look in the mirror, you should see a doctor. This is typically something which is fairly easily fixed.

check out an image (picture) of a variocele, in a search engine. if your scrotum looks like that, you should see a urologist. this can affect fertility, but is also easily treated.
