i am having vaginal itching and odor with discharge..no pain during sex but I did see something on the lip on my vagina that looks like lesions..what could that be..I used some yeast infection cream and that stopped the itching so ifs its and STD would the yest infection cream stop the itching

The only way to find out what it is for sure is to be checked out for std's.
Discharge with odour and lesions does not sound like yeast infection.
It can be easily treated once you have a definite diagnosis.
