did your father ever tell you how to wash your penis, as i don;t know your age its hard to say what you have learned growing up. the simple thing to do is to pull your foreskin as far back as you can then useing warm water and a little soap then rince clean. also when you go to the bathroom try pulling your foreskin back when peeing as this will cut down the volume of urine under your foreskin and you will have a cleaner penis.
