Development happens differently for all of us. You can't really "judge" your size according to anyone elses....because you don't know if you're done growing in that department. Often, we continue to grow in penis length until we are in our upper teens. So, stop listening to other guys, chances are they are lying anyway....we tend to want to exagerate the size for some reason. Size is really no big deal, its just a penis and all guys have one. What matters more is who you are as a man and how you treat your lady. Most girls really don't care about the size of the penis...they are in the relationship for YOU! Take care of the one you have, its the only one you'll ever have!
I agree with lance 100% on that. And when I turned 15, I was about the same size as you. That was a great age for me, because I grew a LOT when I was 15, both in penis size and height. By the time I turned 16 I was like a different person. So you have a lot to look forward to. You may be a bit of a late bloomer like I was, that's all. Don't worry about it - soon you will be all caught up with your friends. And in the end, it doesn't matter when you look back on it all.
Why is 4 inches "on the hang" fine????Many of us don't have that and believe me, things are just fine. Its just a penis, we all have one and as long as it works, size really doesn't matter.....especially when it's flaccid! And by the way, don't believe everything you see in porn, all that is "touched up" if you know what I mean!
Look at it this way: you can't change it any more than you can change your height. So if it's small just use it and have fun , be proud of it, it's the best gift your parents ever gave you, even better than that playstation that's collecting dust over there while you polish your knob. haha....
Don't be worried. That's perfectly normal. But even if it wasn't, what is worrying about it going to do? Just be you, if you are comfortable with you, then any girl will be ok with you too.
