| Testicle ache after pre-ejaculate

I am 16 years old and my problem is whenever I pre-ejaculate I will always get a ache or pain in my testicles. They pain/ache doesn't occur straight away, it usually happens around 1 or 2 hours later after I first started to pre-ejaculate. This always happens when I am around my girlfriend.
When i sit down still, I cant feel this pain. But when I move, or when my testicles move slightly or if they are touched I get a slight pain at the back of my testicles to the top and sometimes in my veins that are connected to the testicles. Even when I sneeze or cough I get this pain as I guess it jolts my testicles. Bare in mind I have no problems at all when I do not pre-ejaculate. I found that when I do not produce sperm and I only pre-ejaculate, the pain occurs. When I produce sperm I get no pains what so ever. It's only when I pre-ejaculate and do not produce sperm.
I am really worried about this as it happens everytime I pre-ejaculate alot without actually producing sperm.
