Ok i was really dizzy and bored after skl so i masterbated and fell asleep, when i woke up i looked down my pants and it was full of sperm (KINDA FELT EMBARRISED AND DIRT HAHA) so i cleaned it off and took a shower then i felt something inside still so i squezed of some semen still inside and then i felt like taking a pee after a few minutes then when i tried peeing my Urethra starts to hurt something burns in side or something and i cant pee will it hurts me and i just pee slowly and painfull, how can i fix this (IM 15 YEARS OLD no sex yet)

Did you masturbate using something as a lube? Some things guys use can be harsh and result in irritation of the inside tip of the penis. This should resolve fairly soon. I mean, if you used soap, then that is probably the problem and, again, it should get better pretty quickly.

if you did not masturbate using something which irritated your urethra, see your doctor. it could be a urinary tract infection, or a prostate infection.
