the head of my penis seems to be crack and red when erect. when not erect the cracks are still there but less visible. anyway, it is pretty hideous. id doesnt hurt and i havent had sex so its not an STD /STI. i thought it could be dry masturbation but ive stopped for a week or two in the past and tried moisturising but it had no visible affect.

obviously im at an age where i want to get intimate with girls but i cant in this state, its very demoralising. i have pictures but i dont believe they are allowed here / links allowed without consent.

anyway details again, cracks, red, and very small spots but they come and go and might just be small cracks. mostly the cracks though.
any advice welcome. id rather not go to the doctor so please no 'go to the doctor' posts. hope im not too unclear
